High pressures, large temperature variations, and aggressive media place enormous demands on equipment. Various heating devices, such as immersion heaters, air heaters, process heaters, heating elements, and flow heaters, are equipped with thermostats and overheat protection to ensure the current temperature range is not exceeded.
When selecting a heater, several parameters must be taken into account to ensure compatibility with the rest of the process.

Finned heating elements
A ceramic heating body is built into a finned tube. The finned heating elements are self-regulating to the extent that temperature class T3 cannot be exceeded. Thermal protection class I according to EN 60519-2. Only horizontal mounting is permitted. External or built-in thermostat.

Immersion heaters
Immersion heaters for heating liquids, air, and gas in hazardous areas. We supply heaters customized to your needs regarding explosion protection, power, materials, etc.

Flow heaters
Direct heating – media in direct contact with the electric coil.
Pressure vessel designed according to international standards.
Suitable for heating pressurized oil, water, air, and gas.

Gas preheaters
Indirect heating in a tube coil cast in a block.
Suitable for heating liquids and air under pressure, as well as an auxiliary heater for the transition from liquid to gaseous state.

Air heating
Electric fan heaters for fixed or portable installations.

Control & monitoring
From thermostats with temperature sensors to more advanced thyristor control.
