Our luminaires are designed to meet strict parameters applicable to paint booths, whether it concerns chemical resistance, dust and moisture tightness, or the specific lighting requirements in that environment.

Types of emergency lighting units
Different types of paint booths can be categorized by size, which affects their use for various applications.
Smaller paint booths
These booths are suitable for small items such as electronic components, toys, or small furniture. They are relatively compact, making them easy to place in smaller workspaces or workshops.
Medium-sized paint booths
This category is intended for larger items such as car parts, motorcycles, or medium-sized furniture. Medium-sized booths provide ample space for handling items during painting and are suitable for small to medium-sized manufacturing companies.
Large paint booths
Large paint booths are necessary for painting large objects such as cars, boats, or large industrial components. These booths are often custom-made for specific production needs and may include special features such as high suction capacity or advanced filtration systems.
Industrial paint booths
These paint booths are typically very large and can be equipped with advanced control systems for temperature, humidity, and air purity to ensure the highest quality of painting.

Flexible or modular paint booths
Some paint booths are designed to be flexible or modular, allowing them to be expanded or adapted for different sizes and types of projects. These booths can be ideal for companies working with a variety of projects and needing to adjust the size and configuration of the booths to meet their current needs.

Vertical
– Provides perfect shadow reduction and improves detail perception on vertical surfaces and edges.
– Enables better identification of irregularities on the painted surface thanks to specific lighting of selected areas.
– Vertical placement of luminaires can be particularly suitable for lighting long or tall objects in the booth.

Ceiling mounting
– The even distribution of light across the entire work surface provides good visibility without significant shadows.
– Allows for the illumination of large areas.
– The luminaires are protected against direct damage during work.
Corner mounting
– Provides targeted lighting for areas that might be shadowed if only ceiling or side lighting is used.
– Allows light to be focused on specific parts of the work surface, increasing detail perception.
