MCMS

As the only company in Sweden, Finland, and the Baltic region, Malux offers the revolutionary Malux CUI Monitoring system. The system is based on moisture sensor technology in a completely new form.

The value lies in the information the system delivers

As a user, you gain a clear picture of the conditions beneath the insulation cladding on the pipes. With this information, the right decisions can be made to save substantial amounts of money.

  • What does it actually look like beneath the insulation?
  • Where are our risks?
  • How can we avoid unplanned shutdowns?
  • Could it lead to flammable gas/liquid leaking through the pipe and eventually igniting?

How it works

  1. 1. Data collection
The sensor measures up to 12 times per day. It is redundant through its dual sensors and measures relative humidity (RHt), water, and temperature. The sensor transmits information wirelessly over the 4G/5G network to the cloud using its built-in E-SIM card.

2. Functions

Data is collected, analyzed, and stored in the cloud where the system is administered by the user. This is where device identification, monitoring, data logging, and alarm level settings occur. As the system is expanded throughout the facility (i.e., more sensors), the operator/administrator manages everything from here.

3. Visualization

The key lies in how the IoT platform is coded (machine learning) for analyzing the information the sensor delivers and how we visualize it for the user. This is what you want to access.

  • Significant savings that are currently CUI-related
  • 100% control over deviations
  • Precise positioning of moisture
  • Understand the spread of moisture
  • Avoid unnecessary removal of insulation
  • Prevent unplanned shutdowns
  • Take action in time under controlled conditions.
  • Increased safety
  • Data that can be used to improve knowledge about pipe maintenance.
