Reliable Communication
Together with Newson Gale, we have ensured reliable grounding of both tank trucks and rail tank cars when handling liquids and powders at a petrochemical facility.
For tank trucks, the explosion-protected grounding system Earth-Rite® RTR is used, which verifies and monitors a correct earth connection before transfer can begin. For rail transport, Earth-Rite® PLUS is used, adapted for stationary use with the same high requirements for safety and monitoring.
Both systems are ATEX-approved and designed to dissipate static electricity in environments where there would otherwise be a risk of sparking and explosion.
In addition to the grounding systems, installation materials were also supplied, such as Ex luminaires, safety switches, and other components that enable a safe and reliable installation.
